This is your session, and I urge you to gather the family and bring the ones close to you. Bring the grandparents, bring your dog, bring the ones you love. There is no extra charge. You pay for the session and not per person.
I tailor make my family portrait sessions to what you want and need. We can focus on the kids. We can focus on the mum and the kids or we can focus on the grandparents. It is up to you. Just let me know what you want and what matters the most to you. If you only want one or two shots of the entire family and then focus the rest on the children, that is fine too.

Many people admit to me that they dreaded their session. The stress of making the kids ready, happy, smile… The stress of getting the grandparents to agree…. the stress of loosing a kg or two before the session…. Then when they leave they say ‘oh Theresa, this was actually fun and very relaxing’!
My family sessions are stress free! First of all I have seen it all. Nothing will chock me or stress me. I have four children under age 11, so I have seen my fair share of kids that don’t want to be photographed or won’t collaborate.

We can either chat over the phone or you are welcome to come to my studio to browse through my studio wardrobe, which has a large selection of dresses for girls all ages. You can see which products I offer and we can chat about your session; who is coming and what sort of family pictures would you like me to create for you? Tell me and I will make it happen.
Once you arrive and are settled we will begin with your complimentary hair and makeup, It is entirely up to you how you would like your hair and makeup done.

Once you are all changed and have approved your makeup we will start the session. I am trained in posing individuals as well as larger groups of people and I will be directing you every step of the way on how to pose and feel relaxed in front of the camera. It is a very relaxed process where I move through the setups that you would like, right from pictures of the entire family to smaller groups and individual portraits - Together we will create exactly the portraits you want to hang on your walls.
Two weeks after your session, you will be invited back to my studio for your reveal and ordering session.

You are not obliged to buy anything, I do not hard sell! What you buy is entirely up to you. Having said, that I always do my best to create portraits that you will fall in love with and don’t want to be without
All my sessions are tailor made to your need. You can bring whoever you like for your session and we will do exactly the style you like.
The session fee is $299 and covers the three main elements of your portrait session:
Meeting at my studio in Bukit Timah where we plan your session together.
Your portrait session at my studio. Included in your session is 1 hour professional hair and makeup for one person. Full usage of all outfits, dresses and props.
About two weeks after your session you are invited back to the studio for your in- person viewing and ordering session. Your final gallery consists of 20 images, beautifully printed and mounted for you to chose from. There is no hard sell, if you don't like them, you don't have to spend a cent.
Packages start at $899. Chose what suits you from print packages, hand framed canvases and modern acrylics - You can see the full pricelist here
Most people invest $1500-2000 in their portrait session.
